Lida was very detailed and did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth.  She was proactive in trying to solve my gum bleeding problem.   It was nice to chit chat with Dr. Walden as it's always a bonus when you get to get to know your doctor. I did have a small hiccup with the receptionist.  Despite telling her I've been covered by my dental plan for 12 years, she suddenly asked me to pay for my dental cleaning.  It was a mix up because she had mistakenly double billed my wife.  We got it resolved in the end, but another…
