Dr Bourgeois is the best Dentist I have ever been to. He is a wonderful and caring person and outstanding Dentist.  I did not have a good experience with Dr Walden and would not see her again. Everyone who works there are wonderful and very professional and skilled.

I honestly found it a bit terrifying to crack a front tooth and given the heatwave and Covid it seemed a bit much. Your staff were friendly and highly skilled, informative and not a bit condescending (as sometimes health professionals can be). I feel so much better and have booked my next appointment. Dr. Walden is very supportive, and thorough when explaining all the procedures. She is professional, caring and has a lovely personality. I would recommend Walden Dentistry to everyone who dislikes going to the dentist, because that will all change once you meet Dr. Walden. During these uncertain times Walden Dentistry has meticulously found a way to make us safe and comfortable. The Health & Safety policies they have implement in this pandemic are far superior then that of the ER I recently visited this past week. Bravo and Thank you! I look forward to my next visit :)

Too many reminders  pre-confirmation, then confirmation, all going to both text and email; double-appointment gets doubles of these. That plus live phone calls. You need to ask me for my preferred contact method and use that one only, not phone, text, AND email. And just one reminder even if it's a double appointment.

Fine.  Everything clean.  I felt safe.
